Good services were available. The staff were supper friendly and amiable, provided us with a wonderful room for the value. The hotel had a good and stunning position, particularly in the area of cleanliness.

The service was good, the food was excellent. The setting was quite marvellous and good within easy reach of a known museum.

Standard twin room is functional, has a large bathroom. The breakfast is satisfactory and the staff is outstandingly accommodating, hospitable. It is nestled in the heart of the town, not very far from Dancing Fountains.

All the rooms are fairly quiet with new comfortable furniture and the staff is exceptional. The location is very central.

The hotel staff? Absolutely amazing! Tatevik and the rest of the team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making our stay memorable and stress-free. The hotel itself? Super clean and comfy, with well-designed rooms and cozy beds that made us want to stay forever. The location? Jaw-dropping! Right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the cool stuff. The swimming pool? Wow, it was huge and the water so clean, we didn't want to leave. And let's not forget the spa and gym facilities, they were top-notch! The on-site restaurants? Simply fantastic, with delicious dishes that satisfied our taste buds. this place is a winner and remains our top choice whenever we're in town.

The location of this venue is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by many nice restaurants and attractions. The staff provided excellent service, including room service and car hire. The room was spacious and well-maintained with great amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We received complimentary bottles of water and chocolates upon our arrival. the hotel is located within walking distance of all the main attractions. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at an on-site restaurant. the bed was very comfortable.

The lack of clear communication about transfer service fees. We were caught off guard by the high cost of the transfer service from the other hotel to this one.
